i had a wonderful time! the room was a superior city view king, and it was very nice. the rooftop restaurant had views that were AMAZING!!!
the staff at check-in spoke english very poorly, made communication a bit difficult.

the staff was helpful and friendly i loved the variety offered at breakfast the bedding was fresh so i slept well the location was super it was easy to use the metro blue line. the facilities were excellent with lots of dining options and a rooftop bar staff were helpful. i enjoyed the foods i had not tried before and i liked the location

city view excellent location great breakfast many options
the location was excellent, right in chinatown. my room had fabulous views of the city, it was spacious and clean. the breakfast was great with a lot of options available.
The pool was a bit small. It felt more for show than actual swimming.

The hotel is located directly in chinatown, near the markets. This makes it ideal for experiencing local thai and chinese culture with lots of street food vendors available nearby. it is also a short walk to the metro and a pier, which gives easy access to major attractions.

my beautiful city view room featured panoramic windows. it offered expansive views of the city skyline, especially at night and it was very spotlessly clean. the room also had useful amenities like a desk and a comfortable chair.

amazing view convenient location dirty towel checkout issue
the rooftop bar offered amazing views. i found the location convenient. it was close to the metro. several shops were also nearby.
i noticed a dirty towel upon checkout. the staff requested i pay for it. they said it could not be cleaned and that spoiled my experience.
